We scarcely realize just how dependent we are on God and the Holy Spirits working in our lives. It shows by how often we dismiss promptings, walk where we shouldn't...even in our thought life... and downplay God-inspired good works. God's sacrifice for us and His mediation as High Priest for us needs to be felt and realized more deeply. I say that because I see it in my life and many of those Christians around me. Join me as I desire and pray for a tighter grip on the Living Vine daily. For without that we truly can do nothing, while thinking we are ok. Our hearts are just naturally bent toward worldliness. We need a power outside of ourselves.
Our great need: Matthew 15:5.
Our true condition: Matthew 7:22
Our great promise: Heb 7:25
Our great interceding helper: 1 Cor 10:13

Amen. ❤️🙏 Glory to God!🙌 As it is written, It is I; I the Lord; there is no Savior but Me.

It is even furthered, But He was pierced for our offenses, crushed for our sins. Upon Him was the chastisement that makes us whole. By His stripes we were healed. We had all gone astray like sheep each following his own ways but the Lord laid upon Him the guilt of us all.

Lastly, " Realizing that you were ransomed from your futile conduct, handed on by your ancestors not with perishable things like silver or gold but with the precious blood of Christ as of a spotless unblemished lamb."

A lesson so simply shared. My most important lesson ( light bulbs moment ) is that Christ died for all of us and as Christians saved by grace, my prayer is that we don't in ANY WAY stand at the door of grace and stop other sinners from coming in to experience the same grace. 🙏🙏🙏🙏
