Light is better, sound seems better, but driving seems more arcade, the car is more heavy and they boost the track control

Since WRC9 was updated with proper controller steering I've been playing it a lot and I would consider getting Generations as well.

In WRC generations they've decreased the graphics quality in order to increase the level of details. I personally like this approach because it kinda remembers me of Zelda Breath of The Wild, since Switch graphics are bad even if we compare to the PS4 generation graphics, they invested in the level of details and got quite the realistic graphics.

For some reason, the rear lights look bad in Generations in most scenarios. They barely light up, we need them to be "shinier".

the sounds of the cars in wrc 10 is the same especially rally1. But you can hear the different sounds that give character to rally1 cars on generations

I swear they just duped the lighting in WRC 10 so they could release another and go back to WRC 9 lighting and be like “but look how shiny it is!”

I don't quite get the comments whining about graphics. I'd much rather an enjoyable rally experience to "good graphics" any day of the weeks and this series has done that for me. I certainly prefer it to DiRT Rally 2.0 which often times just feels far too easy. That being said, these graphics aren't even bad to begin with, especially in a game where you aren't sitting still staring at the details, why must they be so good? Perhaps I'm biased because most of the games I play these days are from the 90's but games are more than their graphics.

The lighting is so much better on generations. Looks so crisp!!!

Graphics on generations look more colourful and brighter. The car Engine sounds are better in Generations but someway behind Dirt Rally 2.0. WRC games are good rally games I own 8 and 10 but for me they're a bit mediocre compared to Dirt Rally 2.0. Much as Generations looks like a step up I would only consider it when on sale.

WRC 10 has the better lighting. The roads look so much better. Also the engine sounds are better.
I like details like, 1:50 the inside of the car is blurry from the water on the window, in generations this is not the case.
3:02 In front of car much lighter because headlights. Looks so good. 3:26 See the difference ? Not so good. 3:42 Headlights in WRC 10 not shiny enough tho.
