AGN Technology VIXEN .22 CAL REVIEW - Quiet! Accurate! Compact! AWESOME!

The AGN Technology VIXEN is a fantastic airgun. It has everything that makes a great field Gun, it is quiet, very accurate and super lightweight. It is a true pleasure to shoot thanks to its great trigger and side lever on the left side.

You can change the side the cocking lever is on with a couple of screws. It is ambidextrous 👍

This was my pick for my next PCP but, after not being able to find any available I bought an RTI Prophet. I liked the light weight of the Vixen. The prophet is a heavy rifle after mounting a good scope and bipod on it. It's not something you wanna carry around the woods.

I know the vixen is a great gun. However, I never hear from you a real negative comment per say about a gun, i.e. something the company should have done differently to make the gun better. What I mean is, there is a general feeling the pressure gauge should have been put to the side, facing out, or better at bottom. The reason for the former, is though highly unlikely, if there was a critical failure with the gauge it could fly into the shooter’s eye.

Wait.. sub 800 FPS with light 14 grain pellet's? That doesn't seem right? I was looking at the Uragan2 and dealer told me that would do ~880 with 18gr. Was this turned down or something?

14.3 gr @ 790. That's weak. Those need to be pushed up to about 950 or so at least. Plus airgun Slugs are the way to go now, so it'll need to have the powered turned up to handles those heavier slugs.

He mentions hunting... what things you hunt with that? Also the cocking lever kinda ruins it for me. Are all the airguns needing to be cocked every time?

If i got one, i'd want it in 5mm/20cal, that's the best of both from .177 to
.22cal, light pellets to slammer sizes, with better aerodynamics, LET'S START PUSHING THE INDUSTRY FOR WHAT'S BEST IF WE WANT IT, INSTEAD OF HAVING TO CHOOSE BETWEEN * OR BUY TWO GUNS TO MAKE THEM MORE $$$ *
