How can a government official laugh at an attack on his own country's armed forces that cost a soldier a part of his body? And what is that about notifying China of the schedule of the RORE? If that is implemented, it will imply that the Philippines believes it has a right to be in that area of the WPS only for that purpose, and that the Chinese have a right to be there all the time. That cedes Ayungin Shoal and surrounding waters to China.
