I didn’t realize this is a series of US game hunting videos. You’ll have to create a Playlist specifically of all these videos in order!

Yea, I miss malls, especially the video game stores inside of malls.

So sad to see how empty Malls are now but every now & then you will find a gem store 💎 🎮 That arcade looked incredible, I would have loved to have spent some time playing Games in there 😎

Mad respect for anyone who has a game shop. It's a LOT of work and a LOT of hours. I don't think I could do it.

Yep, malls in the US have been dying for years due to overbuilding back in the day, anchors such as Sears and Montgomery Wards going out of business and of course online shopping.
That mall is hopping compared to many videos of dead malls I watch. Hehehe...

I went there and got some of my best stuff. It was haunting how quiet the mall was also sad

Galloping Ghost Arcade in Brookfield, Illinois, USA (a Chicago suburb) will have their 1, 000th (ONE THOUSANDTH) arcade game in TWO days (Monday, August 12th, 2024.) I went there in 2019. It's the most amazing arcade I've ever been to. They have arcades spanning many decades!

The mall itself reminded me of Dead Rising, but Player's Choice looks awesome! That Street Racer on PS1 was a bargain.

That store is WAAAY to nice to be stuck in that Ghost Town Mall. I love how Gemma, no matter where she is, loses it over plushies! 😅

I kept expecting you two to point out the Master System games, since those weren't all that big here in the US while MUCH more popular over in Europe.

I saw this place last year when I was vacation. My niece, nephew & I enjoyed the arcade games, pinball machines and the stuff in there was just like going back in time. Anytime I'm back in Myrtle, I always make a stop here!

My dad is from SC. I used to go to Myrtle Beach as a kid. South Carolina had a lot of cool stuff. You wouldn’t think so because most of the state is wide open but it really is a cool spot. Southern hospitality is a real thing there. It used to be dirt cheap (the state of South Carolina) now there has been some changes. However, it’s a great state to visit if you are from the UK. Lots of history that involve the Uk in South Carolina. -PronkDog13

You walked straight past an original 3-steering wheel Super Off Road arcade machine to look at a Sega Saturn! Madness!

Ran across this spot a few years ago on a family vacation - SUCH a great store! Glad you swung by!

Our generation (80s/90s) have grown and we continue to like games and toys, so the things inside stores reflect that, movies too and other things. I mean I went into the post office today and they had Dungeons & Dragons postage stamps.
