Projectiles - A-Level Maths

In this video, I talk about projectiles and I demonstrate how to solve projectile problems by considering suvat in two dimensions. Split the initial speed into vertical and horizontal components and note that the only force acting on the projectile is its weight. This means that projectile's acceleration is -g in the vertical direction but 0 in the horizontal direction. It is also important to note that when the projectile reaches its maximum height, its velocity in the vertical direction is instantaneously zero.
