Watching your recent videos with entries and exits have helped so so much! Made me realize I’m holding to long into both my losers and winners. Keeping tighter stops like yours and scaling out has changed my p/l for the better 10 fold. Getting the courage to enter at the bid when the contract is going against and heading towards my stop area took me a while to get comfortable doing but it’s worth it so much more. RRR is way better this way than to chase into the ask to than have it false break out right into a stop loss. Thank you so much for these videos!

I have mine set to tag the options price of the strike I'm watching, but it's been challenging to switch up the strike if I want to change it quickly. Do you always set a physical stop loss? Some people who teach stock trading keep telling me I should never place one as market makers can see it and will stop loss hunt? That always seemed odd to me? And for smaller accounts? less than $10k what percent when trading options would you recommend as a stop loss?
