I know I'm very late to the comment party, but I really can relate to this video. I also own two Prophet 5s at the moment and the revisions are exactly the same as yours (3.0 and 3.2). I can hear a surprisingly noticeable difference between the two and, believe me, I don't possess a set of world class ears. The 3.0 sounds a bit warmer to me. That being said, I'm taking the 3.2 all day for the added reliability. I have been thinking recently that I need to either modify one of them with the Analog Renaissance REV-1 kit or just move it right along.
