Id buy both, but the chalk markers are new to me and I’ve known Poska markers for a long time so I was voting for Poska markers until you showed me how good the chalk ones were.I got shocked how good the chalk markers were!”and honestly saying now I like both, so I’d probably buy both of them.side note:great vid!🙂

Being completely honest; you can achieve a great finished result with both markers. I’ve never used either of them before. But watching you use them; the chalk markers look more vibrant and covers better. The Posca markers don’t give a full coverage look and it takes more than one coat to get the desired results; except on the paper. All-in-all though…..they would both get the job done. Great comparison Xavier!!!

Tip:when you wanna do a neon effect you get colored pencils and get the same color (not exactly the same if it’s similar) and shade it in a bit where the neon color is (if you understand)

"POSCA are water-based markers and stable pigments that can be applied to all materials. It is permanent with no need for fixatives on porous materials such as wood, cardboard, textiles, pebbles, certain plastics and metals". I use the water-based acrylic poscas over a lot of my acrylic paintings. You can't use oi-based on top of acrylic so it is important to know the difference and know which ones you are using for your project. I'm not sure why you mention they are oil-based. Do they have an oil-based line? I'm very curious because I checked the POSCA FAQ and they don't mention having an oil-based line.Is there a difference in the way you seal or protect the project? I'm new to the chalk markers so I'm very interested in trying them (especially if they are less expensive).

Sorry to tell you this but on the characters the part where there were campuses the posca pens are better because the pasta pins in the chalk markers are like fading cuz if you look real close you can see that it looks like it smeared
