I don't know the particular device, but, seek out the manual...you may have to install drivers for Windows...make sure to reboot and configure from there.

I have hyperx stinger S 7.1 virtual surround sound and it required to use USB dac to enable surround sound. But I have problem with the USB dac, when ever I shut down my laptop and turn it back on the sound from my right side of the headset doesn't came out until I unplug and replug the USB dac again. And when doing the Restart operation it work just fine, only the shutdown operation has the problem? Can you help me with this problem?

I have a Musicland 01 USB DAC. I can not get this to work with a new Windows 10 PC. The device is not recognized via the USB port. Unknown device. Right clicked to update drivers. None found. Any ideas?

someone please help me I bought the FiiO K5 for my HD 650's and when the I plug the K5 in my PC it won't even show up as a device that I can set as an audio output, therefore having no sound at all. Please help.
