I wasn't going to buy Festool because of the price, but all the business Festool is going to get from me going forward they owe to Sedge. I watched a lot of videos from very knowledgeable people using Festool products, but it wasn't enough to turn me, but Sedge allowed me to see the light. Thank you!

I've been watching and really appreciating all of these presentations, but I'm a bit disappointed by this one. This was supposed to "walk us through the sander lineup", but turned out to be a spotlight on a single sander. It was all great info, but it failed at covering the intended information. I am ready to purchase either the ETS 125 REQ or the ETS EC 125/3, and I waited to watch this, but I have no more information to assist me in that decision. Covering the Rotex 150 in depth is great, but I'm really hopping that you will a video in the future that does cover the lineup.

Always so much great information and enthusiasm! Thanks Brian. Also Minnie Gleb is a great support for your training program. She helped me a bunch with the in person training I was lucky enough to attend. She is a credit to Festool. What a team! You sure make hard work fun!

Rotex 150 + RO 90 fulfills all my sanding needs. RO90 is itself a design marvel. These sanders have incredible power & excellent results are to be had. Customers appreciate the dust extraction as much as i do. Only gripe? The sheets cost an arm & a leg oh.. & the Saphir sheets seem almost impossible to buy in the U.K.

I have the RO-150 WOW what a beast, I can strip a table top in 1/2 the time, the only sander that removes more is a belt sander but I would never use one on a table top.

I thought I had gotten too used to the Rotex 150, that when I got swirl marks with the ETS 125 I never considered it was the suction. I do turn down the suction often, but not always (especially not when switching between tools other than sanders). Thanks for the tip, Sedge!

I’ve had my RO -150 since 2010 I wouldn’t leave the house without it I’ve had one week when it went down it needed
A new power cord connector & I had new brushes fitted the same time bomb proof 💪

Why would anyone buy an ETS EC 150/5 over the RO150? both are 150 size with a 5mm orbit. If the ETS EC 150/5 is made for more rapid stock removal as the video says it seems logical the RO150 is the better choice as a "rapid stock removal sander"

Please start making all the sanders with led light improves quality of work by 100%

I have a rotex 150 and it’s great but I find the festool ets ec 150/5 I have, is better at a fine finish .. I love my ro150 ... just saying 👍😊

Why do festool not make other sanders with the led light as works amazing on the planex then downfall is the smaller sanders and rotex do not have it why is this?

I also hold my hose at the vacuum end and my cord at the power point and let my sander do the sanding it needs ... you know.. to follow the contours

Sure the RO 150 makes fast work of big flat surfaces, but it's useless in tight areas such as 100+ year old doors and woodwork.
That's why I got the RO 90 first. It also has a delta head for inside corners.
