In my professional opinion, this isn’t a perfect handshake. There is minimal eye contact which outside of the handshake itself is very important. Also you can clearly see Mr Dubov awkwardly getting up from his chair, not fully standing yet but not sitting either. These 2 things lead me to rating this handshake a 9, 3 out of 10, an excellent handshake with some minor imperfections.

White going straight forward on top the middle of the board, black wasting no time, immediately responding and connecting with white. White takes a firm grasp but black again immediately follows up by grasping just as firm. Black not allowing themself to be thrown off by White's late arrival. Not wasting anytime on the clock. White gives a steady up and down shake and black confirms with their own up and down shake. And this is expected. We've seen this opening a lot, no suprises here.
