Agreed it is a mixture of all of the different productions and if you notice as well the stairs didn’t light up in the dress tear or have any fog like the North American tour. Therefore I think this was a practice run of Let it Go

I really like the mix of sets and WestEnd-Broadway scenes, which are present in this version and I must say that even if the dress is not pulled, the transformation is remarkable and her voice is AMAZING!💗
But it seems strange to me that it's the debut, being that the video was uploaded 4 days before the premiere...

I realized that the Netherlands musical had the West End/Hamburg back ground and the snowflake shaped podium
