The only thing I would change is putting the bottom bed under the window to get some lite and the top bed down put to the other end which also still gets lite

You don't really need desks in your bedroom. Old fashioned here but the table is great for HW, and you have your parents and siblings to help you out. Also forces your to concentrate while noise around you.
