I'm brand new to 3D printing and I've never touched one, is this model too difficult for a first-time buyer? I've done so much research that my mind is boggled but my gut says go for this one or it's bigger brother.

On the P2 series and H2 series, for the love of God move the spool holder to one side or the other. It's so infuriating on the back. I have to move the printer just to load filament.

1:00 There's a 'plug' in one of the screw holes for the spool holder. You have to remove it with the allen wrench. However, the plug was screwed in so tight that it stripped, and it's stuck. That means that I can't attach the spool holder. It took me forty minutes just to deal with this one issue. Or rather, I didn't deal with it, I spent forty minutes before I realized that the plug wasn't coming out. In other words, I can't use the spool holder.

This is like the first step in assembling the machine, and it's a fail.

This printer is good until you have to talk to the technicians…. I’m having trouble with a defective part and I’m 3 weeks writing with them because the printer has a defective part that they don’t want to change it . Since day one this part was defective but the post service of bambú labs is a piece of ……..
