After Catalina's death, Carl moved on and continued on his venture to free his brother. Claude stayed in San Andreas, and kept his garage, where he and CJ would become business partners. They lived comfortably in their legitimate lifestyle. Also, Claude and CJ have AIDs from Catalina. They died soon thereafter.
