My Review of the Discraft Sol

Discraft and I recently announced my new 5x signature discs, one of which is the Sol. I decided to head to the field to let you all see how they are flying for me!

The SOL has been a favorite of mine since Paige recommended it to me in an online chat on her website. It just really fits my power range and I feel so comfortable throwing it. I am going to have to have one of them with her logo on it when they become available also.

It took me a little while to figure out the Sol, and what is has to offer. But after spending enough field time with it, I totally get it now, and it has a permanent place in bag. It's a great, versatile disc.

So glad you chose the Sol! Found one unmarked on a course a few months back, tried it out while playing before returning it to the pro shop and buying my own. Can’t wait to get one with your stamp on it

I had a couple of Ace Race SOLs, and own a couple of first run one now. LOVE THEM! I dropped a 140ft shot into a basket hidden behind guardian trees. My wife was just as shocked as I was lol. Now I will have to get me another one with your name on it

Recently put an Ace Race Sol in my bag. Absolutely love the slow turn it has on it. Perfect disc for that kind of shot. Hope to see some Swirly ESP Sol's in the future!

Ive had one for a little bit now. Very straight for me with a minimal effort.

Paige Pierce has such perfect form. Everybody knows that, but whenever I see her throw it just looks like a perfect model.

I have seen the Sol around but never seen a review of it, now that I have seen you throw it and what you will be using it for it is definitely on my list of discs to try out.

I totally agree. I started using the Sol about 6 months ago. For someone that has a newer disc golf arm it’s one of the only discs that I can reliably manipulate. Great beginner but also a great pro disc.

Love the sol ive had it in my bag since it can out as the ace race disc in 2018 really liked that plastic 👍

I have this disc. I got it out to about 225 feet today. I'm a beginner and older (61) so that is a good throw for me. I am now hitting the 225 to 240 range on a regular basis.

At first I thought that I've seen too many "reviews" from sponsored players and the disc companies themselves and I never want to see another one. But this one was not overhyped, but actually rather informative video. Plus I always enjoy seeing Page on the field, so that was definitely a plus 😄👍

I got a first run sol for christmas and is my main hyzer-flip disc and is a great firehand disc I would recommend picking one up
