How DO you pick tails?
It just give you a button to press and it says "Flip".

In my play-through Dewitt picked tails and it landed on heads. I think the purpose of this is to demonstrate while choices are ours to make, sometimes despite the choice it can inevitably lead us to same result, albeit different circumstances. Some things were, are and will be, fixed.

the reason for 133 heads, is that booker is stuck in an infinite loop over and over because of the choises he made and lived in regret for 20 years(giving anna\elizabeth to the luteces) and the reason that he is both comstock and booker, so he passes through worlds only to find the same outcome every time

Seeing this scene after the ending gives me another point of view, think about it: If you count the number of the heads had been choosen are 122, 123 with this one. This means than this DeWitt like the Others "DeWitt's" had tried this 122 times before us...what a masterpiece.

I remember him calling heads and getting tails and they marked off one tails and said something, but this was years ago. I've heard other people say they've had this happen as well, but no one has video evidence. But I swear it happened and it's not me getting confused with him saying tails, I remember getting tails and being surprised it was even a thing.

The constants here seems to be the fact that it will always be a heads.
The choosing is that will booker choose heads or tails.
So uhmm it's an experiment?

Rosalind was a scientist working for Comstock, she met alternate male self, and they started working together, probably because they would best friends, but started regretting what they done to Booker, so Comstock had Fink kill them via sabotaging one of their machines, however, this caused them to become omnipotent, and so they decided to set things right by helping Booker, but they are still VERY eccentric, since they're basically Gods and can do whatever they want.

Also, since the game has the theme of endless possibilities. The last bit after the credits is a world where Booker doesnt sell Anna/Elizabeth to Comstock and it never happens.

Technically speaking Booker continuously goes after Elizabeth and is stopped each time by Songbird, whom was reprogrammed to focus on stopping Booker rather than protecting Elizabeth (which was his original intent.) Elizabeth then summons Booker with the last of her abilities after destroying New York and shows him what time has done to her. Though his intent was true and he did continually attempt to save her, he never was able to. So, Elizabeth send him to her past self directly, so he could

The answer is "We all make our choices, but the outcome will always be the same". It's explained heavily into within the end of the game, if you want a clear answer to the reason behind this.

She becomes uber strong and at some point realized what she was doing, so she opened a tear and brought him back to try again. eventually the path that our game takes happens and she warns herself what not to do, and it leads to the ending we get.

It means it doesn't matter what you say. The game is about choice, and its point is that your choices don't matter. It's would you kindly all over again.

NOTHING you do in the game affects anything. Throw the baseball at whoever, they'll see your scars. Kill Slate or don't, he'll still die. Bird or cage, they both symbolize the same things at the same times.

You can't change a thing is the point. The scenes in the house at the end solidify it.
