i worked out for about 15 mins but honestly, that's all u need! Everyone in the comments comparing their times but guys im proud of u for even trying! a little bit of working out daily is all u need. i work out daily for 15 minutes, playlists like this motivate me. i have the best body i have ever had from those seemingly meaningless daily 15 mins.


so keep up your 5 mins, 8 mins or even 30 mins! Perseverance PAYS off!
