Audioslave - Gasoline Cover

This song makes me feel like being strapped to a rocket ship at launch with a huge laser light show burning up things around. Well the guitar case-decorating laser used in this video is actually not that huge but certainly dangerous if aimed directly in the eye... Audioslave was my favorite rock band. In his unique way, I think what Chris Cornell tried to illustrate with these lyrics is how the process of writing a piece of art has the power to liberate oneself from frustration and anger. Words and notes of music are fuel, they're the other way to ignite people's attention. Fire is not only a result of fossil fuel combustion folks, it's also the result of creativity at work. This song breathes fire, here is my humble tribute to it. RIP Chris Cornell and Audioslave, you will keep rocking out in my stereo on all cylinders for the years to come.
