I watched little Annika play big time golf as her career was going to the top. A great competitor and I got to see her win the Dinah Shore tournament in the early 2000s and she jumped in the lake and her lovely sister poured champagne on her and then I waited in line after her press conference like so many of us did that day. Annika came out and signed my Monterey Bay aquarium ball cap with a blue marker. I have treasured this all my life 😃

Wow, Annika is amazing. She absolutely dominated the LPGA and she was the best when she retired.

I thought this was helpful. How to pick the right wedge club, proper backswing and follow through and use mostly upper body on 100 yeards or shorter shots. Annika keeps it simple and for good reason.

I did this on accident. Broke my sand wedge and didn't get it re shafted properly. It was too heavy. So i chocked down on a pitching wedge and learned to hit it 100 yards. She's so right.

Anna Whiteley was born to slice: Annika Sorenstam, like all good professional golfers, was born to swing inside out. Here's what Anna should do to cure herself of her congenital slice: she should sew a nerf ball onto her practice shirt and try to scythe her right elbow down, during the downswing, so that it actually hits the nerf ball and stays attached to it during impact. Of course, the nerf ball must be sewed with precision in the her perfect area of the point of her right hip. Her pro can help with that. If she starts her downswing with a hip bump toward the target and drives her right elbow toward the nerf ball while maintaining "Hogan Hands & Wrists", she'll stop being a congenital golf klutz and start her journey to becoming a competent golfer. Since this nerf ball trick is such a useful idea, I think I'll market it starting 10/15/2018.

How do you stop hitting approach shots fat or thin?

My wedges won't go 100 yards. I'll have to use 9i. Is that not advisable? Should I quit?
