When this song kicked in the first time at the shrine, I was baffled. I put down my controller to listen to this for a good 10 minutes. This had never happened to me whilst playing a game before. The mood, timing and finally the song itself, everything was perfect.

as soon as this started to play we all realized we werent going to beat persona 3 soon but persona 3 has beaten us. this is literally the only game ever that made me genuinely cry and for 20 damn minutes seriously i dont think there can be a game with THIS good of a soundtrack

This track to me is the peak of Shoji Meguro's entire musical career. The melancholic nostalgia as you remember all the good expierences you had with your friends, all the places you've been to in the city, the hell of losing Shinji, and the fear it's all going to be over and you'll never see them again. But that sweet determination to live life to the fullest comes in. Playing as an apathetic teenager who lost his parents but slowly learned to care about people was brilliant. Watching him learn the value of life made me value it more too.

The entire world is at it's last month of existence. Everyone is consumed by the rumors spread by Strega that Nyx's arrival represents salvation. Only the protagonist can save the world from this catastrophe.

I almost cried at school. People say Persona 2 is the best, for me, it'll always be Persona 3.

I really like the references to the credits theme in this song. Like at 0:37 the piano repeating those 2 notes back and forth, referencing the vocals of part of the credits theme.

Few games have made me feel true dread like Persona 3 did... I really felt like my time was coming to an end, and I had to prepare... I love this game so much.
