IR2113PBF MOSFET and IGBT driver

The IR2110/IR2113 are power MOSFET and IGBT drivers with distinct high and low side referenced output channels that operate at high voltage and high speed. Ruggedized monolithic architecture is possible because to proprietary HVIC and latch immune CMOS technology. Down to 3.3V logic, logic inputs are compatible with typical CMOS or LSTTL output. The output drivers have a high pulse current buffer stage to reduce driver cross-conduction. To facilitate usage in high frequency applications, propagation delays are matched. The floating channel can be used to drive an N-channel power MOSFET or IGBT in high side mode, which can run at 500 or 600 volts.
