Run MySQL and MariaDB on the same host using Windows Services start and stop

This is how to use both MySQL database and the MariaDB database, both using port 3306, on the same server by stopping and starting them using the Windows Services.

Thank you Mikael for your tutorial, I use MySQL for Java and I want to install xampp to use PHP but I do not want to uninstall or change the port of MySQL, this tutorial help me a lot to use both databases when I need it.
