at 3:19 you are talking bollocks, you've not gone across the ocean mate... the prefix 8.8.8.0/24 that belongs to as15169 (google) was just bgp advertised at linx as they have an actual presence there... apart from the fact that you don't seem to have any knowledge of how internet exchanges and bgp work, you should have seen from the latency that the dns server is not across the ocean. it is physically impossible to get latencies that low from the uk to the states (probably because you don't know anything about latency either...)
