CCK CARBON KITCHEN CHOPPER #3 #shorts

Ever since we got the shipment of CCK cleavers the Kitchen Chopper #3 has been calling to me. Its a big, brutish behemoth of a knife, and it goes against everything I thought I knew I liked about knives. But I just can't put it down!

A big knife like this definitely has a learning curve to it, but its an absolute blast to use, and its comforting having something around for the toughest jobs that I wouldn't put my lasers through!

At one point I had 1303, 1301, 1103, and 1101. I sold them all to try new things. The grass WAS greener, but not greener enough. I miss them.

Are the cck carbon steel knives in your shop the older models with stamps/ embossing or the new versions with laser edged informations on the blade? I‘m not sure anymore since I thought I saw an older model used in a yt short and on your shop the pictures show the newer models. Thanks in advance for clarification!

With a cleaver that size, I need to see it chopping chicken drumsticks and pork ribs to really know how good it is. Slicing vegetables with that large a knife seems comically unnecessary...
