The two extruders equipped on the 3 layer PE film blowing machine are capable of loading two kinds of materials, new high-quality material and recycled rougher material. The outer(A) layer is composed of new material while the middle(B) layer is composed by recycled material. Since the recycled material is in the middle layer, the produced film rolls still have good quality; meanwhile this means to help save cost of raw material. So, this 3 layer PE film blowing machine produces high resistant three layer film and cost effectively saves raw material in the middle.

There are six optional upgrades on this 3 layer PE film blowing machine -- Auto loader, Bubble controller, Rotary die device, Edge Position Control, Air shaft, and Back to back double winder.
(1) The Auto loader of 3 layer PE film blowing machine is for conveying virgin/recycled materials automatically into the hopper.
(2) The Bubble controller of 3 layer PE film blowing machine is for controlling the film width. If the plastic bubble brakes during processing, it can add air into the bubble automatically.
(3) With the Rotary die device, the film rolls produced by 3 layer PE film blowing machine will be flatter and prettier. And the film thickness will be relatively steady.
(4) Edge Position Control of 3 layer PE film blowing machine is for controlling the edge position of film before winding.
(5) The Air shaft fit in the winder core of 3 layer PE film blowing machine can readily expand therefore to achieve quick and firm attachment to the winder core. With this device, it will be easier to unload and upload the finished film roll.
(6) The Back to back double winder of 3 layer PE film blowing machine is able to wind two film rolls at the same time.
