Koyaharu Gotouge is obsessed with left eye. Kyojuro lost left eye, Tengen lost left eye, Daki stab samurai left eye, gyutaro give left eye to daki, later tanjiro lost left eye during fiht with muzan and kanao left eye blind after fight against doma. It all left eye.
