No, because at this point in The Office storyline, Jim did not know Angela was vegetarian. Good grief he isnt a psychic (Angela has a problem with psychics too so wouldnt work for Jim to be psychic anyway).

As someone with many food aversions/intolerances (not just preference), i never expect others to just magically know nor do i expect them to cater to me. I ask about the party/event and let the host know ahead of time (gasp!) if i need a special request. Or eat before i go/dont go. It's not difficult realizing you cant (and shouldnt) expect everyone else to accomodate you all the time especially if you just show up without asking prior to.
