This breaks my heart...she was such a cute little girl!! Everyone needs to be vigilant with their child!! Even though your area may be safe, anything can happen. My mom would walk with me when I was a young girl and I thank her for that. I was almost kidnapped one time when I was at a park. I don't even remember what happened, but my mom saw a couple drop me off on the side of the street. Luckily, I was ok! Lord, please keep all of our children safe 🙏
