NBA Showtime - NBA on NBC intro (Playstation)

Here's the intro for the NBA on NBC Showtime on the first Playstation by Midway, this was almost like the advanced version of NBA Jam, but the gameplay is somewhat stiff. But yeah, I'll be at EVO for the rest of the week, but I'll try to upload videos while I'm over there. See you all on the stream!

I’ve watched this on replay at least 20 times and each time, always being goosebumps and flashes of good memories. All in this theme intro. It’s that’s good if it can do that to you. And I’m going to keep watching it on a loop.

I still play this game (dreamcast version) on my Steam Deck to this day. The game play seriously holds up. Best nba jam style game ever made

Best sports intro music to hear in the 90s and early 2000s. Very impactful and influential to make you pick up the ball and play on the hardwood just to hear the music go off in your head as you pretend to be one of your favorite players back then.

I can hear marv albert announcing the Chicago bulls and michael Jordan as I hear the nba on NBC theme. NBA showtime was awesome to play in the arcade

PS1 is the all time best console. It opened up a world of gaming and just playing NBA and hearing that theme makes it even better.

This game was super lot back in the day. Used to have tournaments & shit w/ this. Lakers were my go to team.
