I prefer first person cuz it's way easier to aim with bows and aim your cursor with the sword for extra reach, but I used to use third person (mostly shift lock) and it's also very good. It's just preference, both are good!

Tbh it depends. When i am fighting one person, i prefer first person because even with the limited fov, i can still use the one block range advantage on first person to good use. When being teamed, i use third person because i can scan where to go just in case.
