Tae didn't hit the manager. He gently put his hand on his shoulder to make him stand aside so that the reporters could take the pictures ،You can see the full video. He was asked to remove his mask from his face so that they could take the pics, and Tae step back to remove his mask, and the manager just followed him. This is all what happened.
