Lutron Occupancy motion switch installed. I have these in my Laundry room, pantry, and all the closets. The kids closets especially since they alway seem to leave the light on!

My office has these and they shut off while we're sitting in our offices working. Then you have to get and move to turn them back on. Annoying AF.

It's all fun and games until you can no longer sneak around your house at night in your underwear in the dark for reasons.

I installed this in all closets, laundry room and my garage entry way. The only thing I wish they had was an adjustable motion zone. The one at my garage entryway kept going off sometimes while I was in the kitchen. Luckily I solved it by covering about half the motion sensor in the direction of the kitchen with some white electrical tape. Would be nice to have an adjustable cover or electronic adjustment of the sensor.

Not useful when you are sitting at a computer for hours and want the light to stay on.

It's great when you are sitting on the toilet and then lights go out, or when you are in the shower... They have very limited places they are worth the trouble.

I installed one for my pantry. They are great and never have to worry about turning off a light again.

Occupancy sensors. They suck, they turn the lights on for you in the daytime too. Be prepared to change bulbs more often, nothing kills a bulb quicker than heat/ cool cycles. Sometimes you don't want, or need to turn a light on.

Ok but its a motion sensor... We have one for our closet i wish would be temoved because any time we move in bed the light turns on. I even shut the bathroom door we have to go through to get to said closet and its like it can see us through the damn door. 😂

Just remember to turn off the electrical feeder first and test voltage with a multimeter before you mess with electricity

The censor is garbage
The lights will turn on if the a/c starts
It can be completely covered and still turn on by itself

I've never seen a ground on a light switch since it is an inline device.

Got one in the bathroom since my kiddos can't reach

So does it just turn the lights off and on or does it do anything else cause if it’s just a modern looking switch with no other function then it’s practically just a waste of money
