He's a bad cop and just showed it to everyone! Everyone has a right to ask a police officer's name!! Cops need to learn they work for the people.

They just don't like it when someone requests their ID for no apparent reason. You know, just like THEY DO to citizens all the time.

How is asking a cop for their name and badge number confrontational?

Because asking questions is their job? 🤷‍♂️🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
But seriously, the cop was looking to escalate the situation because he already knew Sean was going to get his crooked 🫏.

Almost every law-enforcement department has their own policy that requires an officer to give their name and either badge number or serial number work number whatever it’s called upon request by a citizen. It is law enforcement that always wants to be on defense when a citizen request their name and ID number. Almost every law-enforcement agency out there well then stay well I gave you my name. Why won’t you give me yours. We are not required by policy nor are we required by law to give our ID unless we have committed a crime unless we have been legally detained and legally arrested. If we do not give our ID at that point then they can charge us with failure to ID. I have seen numerous law-enforcement agencies that will tell citizen that if they do not ID, they will charge them with failure to ID and arrest them only to have it dropped when they’re taken to jail. We should not have to take an arrest and go through being processed at a jail and lose our freedom for however long it takes to get released because law-enforcement is allowed to lie to us. They are protected by qualified immunity, and they can just do whatever they want legally or illegally, because they know they will not be held personally liable.

Leos forget who they work for. America needs to bring back state militias armed with cameras and lawyers. Power to the people.

Can't they find these cops hats that actually fit, so they dont wont have that anger from looking so embarrassing in hats that are several zises too small?

For any cops maybe watching this, if you think you're a good cop, and you don't actively stop bad cops, then you are a bad cop... Ask yourself why is it that citizens support auditors more than we support you police? Police are "supposed" to be there to protect life and property, we should want to support you, but we don't, and none of you are smart enough to ask why...
