My wife was rear ended by a man on duty, in a company truck. A year prior to this she herniated her disk requiring surgery and physical therapy, she has before(injured) and after(repaired) x rays from her surgeon. When she was rear ended recently, it herniated the same disk, it will require surgery(she went through the pt, injections, and epidural, still has nerve pain) what kind of claim can she possible see with something like this? She was offered 15k, we declined and are lawyering up. We have small kids that she can’t pick up, she is a teacher and coach, it has severely affected her occupation because of the pain. She is gaining weight(can’t exercise), and has severe anxiety over it. Thanks from Texas.
