Rewindable Lego Ripcord Launcher?

I found out about this just by playing around with the launcher then I put a rubber band on it to see if it would get stronger.

Just so you know, to create an actual, reliable rewindable string launcher you need to connect your axle to a spiral/torsion spring which will output torque when rotated a certain way from the center
