Hi friends! This week I'm sharing my 32 week pregnancy update with you all! These last few weeks have been a little crazy... In this video I'll be recapping all the symptoms and milestones in weeks 29, 30, 31, and 32. I'll also share our growth ultrasound results, some adorable videos of baby moving and hiccupping in my belly, a story about some scary ligament pain I experienced, and how we're preparing for birth and having a newborn! Good luck on the natural birth! I think that’s so amazing!! I wish I could do a natural birth, but after experiencing the contractions with my first birth, I wanted the epidural ASAP! But I had a lot of complications that caused me to have super strong contractions at only 1cm dilated. I was literally screaming. Most women don’t get to the screaming point until they’re like 6-8cm dilated. But every woman is different and every body and every birth is different so there are so many women who go through natural labor like a champ!

Hi Grace, happy to hear your latest baby news. Pray that you and baby will continue having good health. Glad your birth team is helpful. Can't wait to see your nursery tour video soon. Also would love to see what you (and Davis too, since he's your husband and birth support) pack in your hospital bag. Especially what you will dress baby girl in when you go home from the birth center. Hope you deliver on time between 37-40 weeks and not any earlier. If you do go into premature labor before then then your midwife can't deliver the baby. You have to go to the hospital and have a doctor deliver the baby then, since you may require a C-section to deliver and the baby will have to stay in the NICU for a short time. Don't want to discourage you though, just being honest. My cousin is due with her second baby girl next month too on February 17. But I hope she might go into labor a few days early on February 14, Valentine's Day so she's born on a holiday like her big sister who was born on November 11, Veterans Day and make a theme of both girls being born on holidays.

I’m having pretty much the same symptoms. Are you having to sleep sitting up yet? Ugh that’s been the worst. Pepsid hasn’t helped at all and neither have any type of heartburn chews, so my doctor prescribed me a heartburn pill to take every day and it has helped so much! I would recommend asking your doctor what she can prescribe. I didn’t do that with my first pregnancy and was miserable for so long with the awful heartburn. It’s not worth waiting it out!
