My hope for USA is to have Universal Care 'AND' Private Care. At least people can choose and have an option. Plus technically that most things are not for free...we need to do the energy exchange of 50/50. Socialist Healthcare pay through taxes.
And even with universal care in other countries, that it sometime come with a price. As in some countries with emergency critical care have to wait for an appointment in some critical care situations.
