iPad Mini 2021 - 2 Week Review The Good, The Bad & The Ugly

I've had the iPad mini 6 - 2021 for nearly two weeks now and through I would share my thoughts on where apple did really well and where I think they failed when it comes to this amazing new iPad mini.

Over all this is such a great device I have way more good things then negative to say about this thing and my Kids are loving it more than I Do they steal it form me every day and do everything from drawing to playing games on it and of course it handles it with no issue and the battery keeps up really well.

Easy solution: only have 5-6 icons in the dock and they will have a very good size just like the ones one the screen.
Don’t complain about the size when you are overloading the dock.

I ordered one. Looking forward to using it for leisure. I also drive an older car so the mini will also serve as my car infotainment screen Iol. I do hope they fix the icon placement in future updates.

Regarding the jelly screen, there is a logical explanation for that and those who complain have no idea how screen refreshing works.
I agree with the wasted space in the home screen.
Once again, thanks for the iPhone Mini/Mini iPad suggestion.

I sound like a broken record but two friends who replaced their iPhone 12 have seen the battery pack work as expected. I love it on my Max Pro.

Completely agree about the home screen layout. Sadly I think I'll be returning mine. I thought I would be using it more but end up going back to the 11" even for reading.

I’m having screen discoloration when pressing lightly on top of screen. Have you had this problem?
