MELUSIVE – a progressive rockband led by charismatic female lead vocals which presents an atmospheric soundscape inspired by ferocious, melodic metal riffs with a twist of 80’s synthesizer.
With roots in the mix of 1980’s rock sound and modern hard rock the band has formed an almost theatrical expression; worn by odd time signatures, aggressive passages, melodic riffs and captivating electronic moments.
The music is narrative and provides the setting for the contrasts in life where intimacy and turbulence become entwined.
Melusive has live been compared with bands such as Pink Floyd, The Savage Rose, Jefferson Airplane, Evanescence, Within Temptation and Porcupine Tree.
