You are definitely enough. It's in your mind, you should love yourself. Don't let no skunk of a person (husband in this case) ever ruin your sense of self love, worth and respect.

Don't let a man with a frat boys brain tell you you're anything but gorgeous after kids ladies. The glow of a mother and the strength that comes with being one are by far the most beautiful things I have or ever will see. Thank you to all the Moms, Mommas, Mas, Mommies, and Mothers of this world you are and always will stay gorgeous you powerhouses of awesome.

If your partner leaves cuz your body changed from having kid's. Do NOT take them back. You weren't good enough for them but you will be for someone else

To men that walk away from their wives because her body has changed after having a child you never deserved that woman...To the women you are beautiful and perfect just the way you are.

This is why we should never marry for the looks. Bodies change, love shouldn’t. 🦋

I can’t stand when men tell their wives or girlfriends after she has CARRIED HIS CHILDREN that the way her body looks as a result of that is “disgusting” or “ugly.” If that’s the case, he never loved you in the first place :(

This made me smile. I have 3 kids and having a hysterectomy in 3 weeks worrying I'll be less a woman after. This made me feel better. Thank you for your content. You are an amazing human being reaching people with your content and brightening their day/ world. Much love

This makes me feel SO BLESSED to have my husband. After having our daughter I felt absolutely terrible about myself because I was right back to where I was before I lost 90lbs in high school (I gained a good deal of weight during pregnancy and going through depression after losing our first pregnancy) and he told me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with it because I had just given him the most beautiful little girl and the weight gain was just a sign of the life we made together, I am down 60lbs and muscle toned and he has been supportive every step of the way

My mom was just diagnosed with an aggressive thyroid cancer that made her gain some weight. Then she was diagnosed with alopecia totalis and is now completely bald.
She asked my dad if he still loved despite now being a fat, bald woman with throat scars.
He told her that he was going to die with her and no amount of uncontrolled physical problems would change that.
I love them so much

I am trying to love my self and i want to get my body back but it's so hard at times .
Thank you again you are an angel

I hate when people say moms "let themselves go"
With kids our priorities change. I'd be like 500lbs if my hormone problem didn't make me stay skinny. I have 3 kids. I have my hands full

Im so glad I have a husband who even though im not as thin, young and stretch mark free like I was when we met loves me endlessly, everyday he tells me I am beautiful and makes me feel beautiful. He says the day he thought I was at my most beautiful was the day I gave birth to our daughter I believe him too as when I was having contractions I looked at him as I was in pain and the look on his face to me was a look id never seen before the look of true love and compassion. It made me pause and forgett my pain and soak in the moment xxx I feel like men like my husband are extremely rare these days and I never take it for granted.

There’s no such thing as an ugly woman. We’re all uniquely beautiful 🎀💁🏻‍♀️✨

this whole "bouncing back" after pregnancy or "getting your body back" needs to be thrown into a fire. you just carried a child for 9 months and birthed a human into the world, your body isn't meant to look like a victoria secret supermodel, and it doesn't have to to be beautiful, beautiful has countless definitions, no one body is more beautiful than another. i think pregnant/postpartum women are absolutely beautiful and anyone who doesn't can piss off

I lost 2 children, then was diagnosed with 4th stage melanoma... my shoulder had a golf ball size tumor removed and my skin was removed five inches diameter, the bone was scraped. Lymph glands removed from my neck and left underarm, along with a huge 7" scar from ear to collarbone. Underarm has a space where a tennis ball could fit... my EXhusband said I was useless to him because I could no longer work as his slave. He threw me out. He begged me to come back just to beat on me for 20 years when he tried to throw me out of a window. Dont EVER let anyone tell you you're not enough no matter how much you love them, save yourselves the misery I've endured 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I think business cards for therapists should be kept in your pocket and handed out like candy 🤷🏻‍♀️😊

I wasn't expecting to burst into tears watching this. We all need to hear we are enough every once in a while. Thank you Dr. Youn for making this video.

My husband left me when I upgraded my body for him. I was 35 he left me for a 22 year old. It hurt but I have recovered and I am stronger. Raised 4 children on my own and they are all grown up and have great jobs and i couldn’t be more proud of them ❤️ You will be ok.
