Just a friendly comment about one of the rules I don't think was used that may make the game more difficult. When the villain takes a turn and lands on a location with a threat card that has the target symbol, it will activate the threat card's effect. You can see an example of where this was ignored at the 17:15 mark. This instance would have moved the threat track up one more spot.
RedSkull stuck around and would have activated it a second time at 20:58 moving the Fear Track up another 3 spots this time. There was one more time they didn't do it on the RedSkull match but by now, it's hard to tell how many thugs and civilians would have been there since they weren't removing them like they should have from the threat card.
I'm not going to comb through for other times they missed it, but if you were thinking this is too easy, it probably would have been a close call if these threats were played out instead of forgotten.

I've only made it about 18 minutes in, but I think they're playing the turn order incorrectly. Unless the rules have changed since the Kickstarter, you only choose who goes first at the start of the game. After that, play just continues in clockwise order.

*edit: They correct this a few minutes later.

I'm super excited about this game. I was a little worried about it when there weren't any videos of gameplay on the KS page, but the playthrough is just what I needed to reassure me. The game seems fun and I'm super excited for all of the characters now.

First game seemed a little underwhelming, but the second looked really fun. And I agree with Tom that the Ant Man miniature was the coolest in that set. Such a cool mini!

Hero card could be public and shared with your friends to make the strategy and team work. Do we need to hide hero cards?

So, the retail version is out before the kickstarter version? Is this common?

Not thrilled with the way CMON handled the kickstarter "news" about separate shipping and then not being up front it would be available at retail even before that extra shipping payment. BUT, I'm very excited to see this is family friendly.

0:41:49 You can't move Black Widow from the HellCarrier because there is a trap there and you needed two move tokens to get out, right?

Fun game play, can't figure out what the move, attack and wild tokens are used for thought. They were not used at all as they were just actions on the hero cards
