For me, well worth the cost - and filler often lasts longer than predicted- Botox can have an additive effect where u require less going forward if you keep on a schedule-so worth it ❤ I started at age 60 and enjoying great results. I also use biostimulator which erased some deep wrinkles after 4 treatments (need to be patient, results take months to show)

My 11s are definitely bugging me so I will have to go for botox soon but in the meantime, you won’t believe what I did this morning….remember the old Suzanne Somers Facemaster 2 independent probe Microcurrent? Well, I have the Nuface but I was like, we need something more, so I broke out my SSFM and it’s over 20 years old but push the button and that baby still works. Looked at my old guidebook and did my 11s and forehead, and wow, the smoothing was great. The microcurrent devices now do not allow you to separate and lift the muscles but this one does . I did the rest of my face and remember now why I loved her device so much. And you only need a small squirt of conductive solution to do the whole face.Anyway, just a thought.

That's interesting, I started with filler in my lip (falling top lip, loss of border definition) and tear troughs in my 40s, and didn't need botox until after 50.

Great info Doctor, happy for those who are around 35, because prevention is a key! I don’t know why I didn’t realize earlier, its just common sense, its just the same as prevent disease is easier than to treat or heal it. I know a lot of women in their 35 think oh I am just going to age gracefully, i have great diet and lifestyle, aging is not going to happen, but unfortunately no one excluded more or less😂 Have a blessed day🙏❤️

Dr Rajani, your channel is a gold mine of information ! I noticed you often went to Japan for work so I was wondering if you knew a good dermatologist in Tokyo for anti-aging treatments ? Could you also recommend a safe treatment for someone in their late 30s with light hyperpigmentation and a few fine lines (forehead/eyes) ? I was thinking of laser but after watching your channel i’m worried about damaging my fat pads 😂 Thank you !

Information is power. Another great video. Question - what viable options do we have for 11 lines if we metabolize Botox and we can't use fillers there? Topicals (such as the Revox Line Relaxer I purchased from your store) can only do so much.

need a lift.. forehead has wrinkle between the eyes. but Botox is not suitable becasue it droops the eyes. / eyebrows. i need another suggestion?
