US Secretary of Transportation Elaine Chao speaks about President Donald Trump's tweets critical of MSNBC television host Mika Brzezinski. The president "says what he wants to say," and "is not in politics." "He will adapt and he'll learn," says Chao.

Secretary Chao spoke during a conversation at the 2017 Aspen Ideas Festival. She spoke with Joanne Lipman, senior vice president and chief content officer of Gannett and editor in chief of USA Today and the USA Today Network. Their conversation was recorded in Aspen, Colorado on Thursday, June 29, 2017.

We heard that argument before: "he's new to politics". Sorry, but even a private citizen, having a private conversation with his friends shouldn't takk like that. And anyone with millions of followers shouldn't talk like that, whether they are in politics or not.

Don't know why people have a problem with Trump's tweets. They're freaking hilarious. Folks need to grow up and gain a sense of humor! It's not like Trump's insults are any lower than the insults that the mainstream media throw at him daily and quite a woman like Mika is quite deserving of the type of insult that Trump threw at her.
