Top Speed Black Widow Exhaust On Benelli tnt 125

The new, not so new top speed on the benelli tnt 125 using the black widow exhaust, what do you think it could be?

spiky iv figured out the cutting out on my tnt when dealerships done the valve adjustment on mines the exhaust tappets were set to basic no clearance iv just adjusted mines to 0.07mm had a run from manchester to barnsly not one cut out starts from cold and keeps running so what happens when the valve has no clearance the gases will go past the valves when under compression stroke go into the exhaust o2 picks it up and cause it to go rich then it will try adjust for that and cause the cutting out

I’m impressed with 66mph on. 125. I had a XT 250 many years ago. Top speed was 90 km/h so about 57-58 mph. Love the little pops and crackles.

Nice one man! I tested my top speed with my stock exhaust and was exactly the same to my aftermarket exhaust. Around 70mph-73mph 🕺

73mph (on the gauge that is) is pretty spot on. That's what I get at max chat down the back lanes to work. I don't like to rev it past 7500rpm though so I normally commute around 55mph max. I wonder what a difference the high flow injector and crower camshaft would make. They claim quite a big power increase. Just need to wait for my warranty to run out, then it's game on for the engine mods! So far away yet though.... Boo.

Hello, I have the exact same bike and year but is it oil cooled or liquid called bcuz I had a little radiator at the front but no coolant cap just a pipe from my engine to the radiator so is it oil cooled? Also another thing what oil does it take and what 2 spark plugs as I'm doing a service on it

How you get 66???
Mine is 2022 model with blackwidow header and Chimera intake and only tops at 64 mph

Top tip, if just before you do a speed test you exhale completely it makes you lighter, thank me later 👍😜

dude i hate to break it to you but 66 on speedo is 58 on gps, , calibrate your speedo and you'll realise 30 on speedo is 24mph
