I like your videos I have been reading Joe Dispenza for a while, I have been having a very difficult time doing the meditation for over two years...is amazing how my body is pushing me back, for over a year I have been having very difficult time and experience with health, relationship, work, etc, Saturday I had a little bit of a breakdown and I have not been feeling myself after that, if you can recommend me a good meditation for it or give me a couple of more advices in how can I surrender when I'm in a really bad mentality state, I will really appreciate it.
