This 3-card combo using Tekuthal from Phyrexia: All Will Be One allows us to take infinite turns by getting more charge counters on Magistrate's Scepter.

You can also use that mythic with vorinclex /ichor moon gauntlet and few plains walkers.

Honestly, you just need 1 proliferate and then ensure you have 4 mana available to tap. If you have an Atraxa deck, you have a counter on the staff and then at the end step, you proliferate twice and activate the staff right after that to take your next turn. I didnt think of this trick, but now Im adding this to my Atraxa deck! Thank you!

if you have a counter on a card called gemstone array then that will also give you the 4 mana needed to use the engine if you dont wanna use lands for mana

I don't have this, but Tekuthal, Ichormoon gauntlet, and Teferi, Master of Time should prove to be fairly devastating in my Atraxa poison/proliferate deck...may need to pick up the artifact though...

Honestly you just need
Core prowler+magistrates scepter. And a way to bring coreprolwer back every turn, sun titan or tameshi reality architect

It’s a blue deck.
It may not win with infinite turns as it could just use all that time waiting for us to do something so it can respond.

I think you get 4 proliferation trigger's cause contagion engine proliferats two seperate times each geting doubled.
