Pennington Hall! I miss that place. One time there was a power outage for most of the night. It was a week before Christmas break so the fireplace was roaring. Half the College Choir stayed in Pennington. We performed our christmas concert in the lobby that night, with us standing and singing around our friends on the couches and on the floor. It was one of the most wonderful memories I have.

This was before mobile phones or laptops in 1989. No distractions. In my heart the movie still plays every once in awhile. Lord willing, many more can cherish something like that.
