Use Vector Tiles in your BasemapGallery

I've seen this question asked a few times, "How do I use vector tile basemaps in the BasemapGallery widget in my apps?"

This is supported out of the box with the ArcGIS API 4 for JavaScript, you just need to set this up in your Portal organization!
